As a Realtor® and Certified Residential Appraiser in both New Hampshire and Maine, I have been providing Residential Real Estate Services to consumers in the Seacoast New Hampshire and Seacoast Maine area for 16 years.   Utilizing the skill sets of both disciplines enables me to educate and service clients in making informed buying, selling, planning and investing decisions.

Originally from Southern California, I bought and sold real estate privately with my partner.  I enjoyed a challenging and demaning career in Corporate Marketing and Advertising with a High Tech Advertising Agency in the Valley, and eventually hired on within the Corporate Communications Department of a large Fortune Five Hundred Company in Orange County, CA. as Manager of Advertising and Promotion.  The economic down turn in the late 80's brought me to New England and my life hasn't been happier.

I decided that there was no better way to learn about the Seacoast than to dive into it (so to speak).  And what better way to utilize the experience and skills I had acquired over the years in CA.  After 16 years, I now hold a Real Estate Salesperson License and Certified Residential Appraiser License in New Hampshire, and a Broker License and Certified Residential Appraisers License in Maine as well.
