With over 36 years of experience within the real estate industry as a licensed real estate broker, principal, and consultant in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.

Fred has significant experience in real estate and development with expertise in luxury waterfront and waterview properties, new residential construction, subdivisions, and land development, site location, commercial, retail & industrial sales and leasing.

A native of Manchester, New Hampshire, Fred resides in Newington, NH and is a member of the National & State Associations of REALTORS®, Northern England Commercial Industrial Board of Realtors® (CIBOR), local and statewide MLS boards including; NH, ME & MA. Also a member of the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce. Graduate of Plymouth State College, B.S., and Boston University, M.Ed.

In 2004 Fred was admitted into RE/MAX International’s – Platinum Club – for Outstanding Sales year to date and as a Top Producer ranked within the Top 5 RE/MAX Producers in New Hampshire and Top 25 in New England!
