Julie Porter

Julie's primary focus is the sale/lease or buyer/tenant rep of commercial properties in the NH seacoast area. She works as a consultant for clients and customers in planning the right investment for their portfolios, as well. She is licensed in New Hampshire and a member of the NH Association of Realtors® and the NH Commercial/Industrial Board of Realtors®.  In addition to commercial, she will be working on equestrian properties, land and conservation.

Julie has over 25 years experience in design, marketing and public relations in manufacturing and publishing industries prior to real estate. Julie worked in residential real estate sales for Equine Homes of New England selling country homes, estate homes and equestrian properties. After Equine Homes, she worked for Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, in the firm's Portsmouth office. She was awarded Co-Star’s Power Broker of the Year in 2006. Julie has two daughters and resides on a farm in Dover, with her husband.
